GRACE 2020 Benchmark,PR,Strength: Time  Grace 30 Clean and Jerks For Time 135/95 If you do not have a lot of experience with Clean and Jerks, take your time, reduce the load, and get the mechanics right for each rep. This will be a great Benchmark as you get better with the mechanics and strength.
